Are the handbooks printed or digital?

All our handbooks are printed books, delivered by courier. The bonus materials that come with each handbook are printable PDF files: inside the book there is a QR code with permanent, unlimited access to them — you simply scan it with your phone.

Which handbook is right for me?

The series covers everything from kindergarten to secondary school, together with topics for every class, such as calm discipline, the class teacher’s role and artificial intelligence in teaching. The age group or grade is shown on every cover and product page.

Is it theory or methods for a real classroom?

There is no academic theory inside. Every tip is a short method tested in real lessons with real children: a ready-made phrase, game or step that tells you exactly what to do. You read it in the evening and use it the next day.

Is it suitable for a new teacher?

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Do I have to pay in advance?

No. The available payment methods, including payment on delivery, are shown at checkout.

Can I order a handbook as a gift for a colleague?

Of course. Many teachers order a handbook for a colleague who is taking on a class for the first time, for a student teacher or for Teachers’ Day. Add a note to your order and, if you wish, we will send it straight to their address.

Do I get a document for my order?

Yes, every order comes with a sales document. If you need an invoice for a school or a company, enter the details when you order or write to us within 5 days of receiving the goods.

What if the handbook is not right for me?

You have a 60-day money-back guarantee and the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Details are in our Refund policy.

The book arrived damaged or with a defect. What should I do?

Write to us at support@topteacherbooks.com with a photo and your order number. If there is a printing defect, missing pages or damage in transit, we will replace the handbook with a new one at our expense, including delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged, ask the courier to record it when you receive it.
