60-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind every handbook. If it does not help you in your work, return the book within 60 days of receiving your order and we will refund its price — no questions asked. To start, write to us at support@topteacherbooks.com with your order number.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement at support@topteacherbooks.com with your order number and contact details.

Please return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us, unused and in their original packaging. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

Complaints and damaged goods

If a book has a printing defect or missing pages, or arrives damaged, write to us at support@topteacherbooks.com with a description and, if possible, photos. If the complaint is justified, we will replace the book or refund the amount at our expense.

Independently of our voluntary 60-day guarantee, you have the statutory guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery under applicable law. We confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and give you our decision without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving it.
