Shipping policy

1. Who delivers

Orders are delivered to your address by licensed courier companies; the courier for your country is shown at checkout.

2. Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from order confirmation. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day. In busy periods the delivery time may be longer; if so, we will let you know.

3. Delivery cost

The delivery cost for your country is shown at checkout.

Free delivery for orders of the amount shown in your cart for your country or more, and for specially marked offers and bundles, regardless of the order value.

The final delivery cost is always shown before you complete your order.

4. Damaged parcels

If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, please ask the courier to record it and write to us at support@topteacherbooks.com — we will replace the damaged goods at our expense.

5. Unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is not collected or accepted within the courier's storage period, it is returned to us. If you would like it sent again, the cost of the new delivery is borne by you.
